About Spencer

Over the past 14 years Spencer has developed a hybrid real estate practice servicing clientele of both residential and income/investment properties.

In December of 2016 Spencer took on the role of Productivity Coach and Training Director at Keller Williams Santa Monica, one of the top performing offices regionally, nationally and internationally. In this position, Spencer is responsible for helping agents achieve their professional goals through coaching based on his wide swath of real estate, creative and executive experience. “This is a natural pivot for me to take in my career,” he said. “As a broker and manager my favorite thing was interacting with agents and guiding them to be the best they could be through self-discovery and training.” Spencer continues to work with his roster of residential and investment clientele.

Spencer was most recently the Broker of Record for all offices of Teles Properties, overseeing policy, compliance and membership among the boards of Realtors and listing services from Coronado to Carmel. Teles Properties has consistently appeared on top 500 and 100 lists of fastest growing real estate companies, industry technology innovators and agent performance.

Spencer has a breadth of professional real estate experience one rarely finds. Previous to Teles, Spencer was broker-officer for one of the country’s largest privately held property management and investment firms, where he developed a passion for income-producing properties, along with their tax and estate planning advantages. Because of his background and foothold in residential real estate Spencer also formed his own brokerage, “Spencer Krull Realty” (which was acquired by Teles in 2010).

Whether handling a residence, an investment property or a portfolio positioning strategy, Spencer’s clients can expect a thoughtful analysis that creatively explores possibilities that others might ignore.

Born and raised in New York City, Spencer attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.  He has lived in Los Angeles since 1987.
